Our Cincinnati workplace renovation provides a landscape of choice
Press play to see the time lapse of our green wall install. We used digital fabrication techniques to create the one-of-a-kind lattice that overlays the plants in our lobby green wall. Augmented reality (AR) aided the plant installation by Urban Blooms.

Design is at the center of everything we do. Sharing successes (and setbacks) feeds our culture of testing, learning, and innovating. The renovation of our Cincinnati office gives us flexible spaces that can accommodate groups of all sizes—from small, three-person huddles to team celebrations to all-hands Zoom meetings across different locations.

Casual meeting space that is video conference capable and provides ample daylight and views.
Well designed work area Plenty of natural daylight and pin up space throughout the office help foster spontaneous collaborations.

The renovation provides nimble and flexible spaces that serve a range of functions and diverse needs. Spaces were conceived to encourage dialogue, visually display our work, and offer moments of discovery. It creates an impactful street presence that acts as a stage, engaging the community and drawing interest from pedestrians. Our Fitwel 2-Star Certification communicates our commitment to the wellbeing of our employees and guests. Click here to see the green wall installation time lapse.

Variety of work settings One on one, alone, or collaborating with a group, our renovated office supports multiple ways of working. Tables, like the one pictured (right) were designed and fabricated in-house.

Spaces were conceived to encourage dialogue, visually display our work, and offer moments of discovery.

Office Guide Booklet A "get-to-know-your-renovated-workplace" Office Experience Guide was created to help everyone learn their way around our new digs.

We sought to give every employee a landscape of choice around where to work, how to sit (or stand), how to collaborate, and where to find focus areas that feel private but not isolated. Our interactive Office Experience Guide was developed as a ‘how-to’ for the renovated space. It shares the ‘whys’ behind the design, and where people can find bike racks, on-tap carbonated water, reservable conference rooms, quiet rooms, our fabrication lab, our materials library, and everything else they might need during the day.

One of the goals of our renovation was to put making on display, whether that's sketching, laser cutting, or 3D printing.
Large meeting vs. focus work? Both can happen simultaneously thanks to the acoustic privacy of our second floor conference room.
The renovation ensured messy making space for activities like model building or hands-on workshops. The concrete floors and exposed brick keep the building connected to its industrial past.

In a world where work can (and does) happen everywhere, our office renovation creates intentional space that supports health, connection, collaboration, and community.
