Meet Our New Associates

GBBN recently recognized the leadership of six employees who not only do their jobs exceptionally well, but whose thoughtful action cultivates excellence in others:

Juliette Bezold uses perseverance, dedication, and resilience to help teams work through complex design and technical issues with precision and accuracy. She takes initiative to ensure processes are shared and incorporated into projects and inspires others through her passion for continuous improvement.

 

Alyssa Brandt helps GBBN’s marketing team, thought leaders, and design professionals bring clarity to communications so their expertise and point-of-view shine through. A careful listener and questioner, Alyssa meets teammates where they are and finds collaborative solutions to every project.

 

Chris Guignon is a trusted leader by our clients thanks to his ability to build consensus toward a shared vision. His coaching of less experienced team members helps build confidence and gives them opportunities to own project decisions.

 

Susannah Odlaug consistently raises design excellence through an inclusive and benchmarked process that helps surface the best outcomes. Susannah creates a positive and open atmosphere in team discussions and her transparency in decision-making supports the team, their goals, and a collaborative environment.

 

Matt Scott has established a high level of credibility as a project leader and trusted advisor to clients. By proactively addressing barriers to project goals and respectfully navigating challenging conversations, Matt supports client interests, team collaboration and elevated design.

 

Lingling Sun has taken ownership of our Beijing office operations by working with accounting, IT, payroll, and our marketing platform to ensure the best possible work environment. She is a liaison between our Beijing and US offices and has become an invaluable team member in design competitions.
